What this is
FCG runs an automated SMS assistant — the same Jack you'll find on the chat panel of this website, just over text. You can ask questions about our managed IT, cybersecurity, AI, and field deployment services, and Jack will answer drawn from the same knowledge base our website chatbot uses.
Conversations are only initiated by you. We do not send marketing texts, appointment reminders, or any messages you didn't ask for. The only outbound messages come in response to a text you've sent us first.
Message frequency
Variable — typically one reply per message you send. We do not run drip campaigns or batched broadcasts.
Cost
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. FCG does not charge you anything to use the service.
Privacy
Your phone number and the contents of your messages are stored in FCG's logs so we can answer follow-up questions in the same thread and so we can improve the assistant. We do not sell or share your number with third parties. The number is not added to any marketing list.
Opt out at any time
Reply with any of these to stop receiving messages:
- STOP
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- QUIT
- END
We'll send one confirmation back, and that's the last message you'll receive unless you reply START or UNSTOP later to opt back in.

Coverage
US carriers only. Numbers outside the US are not supported. The SMS assistant is not for emergencies — call 911 for emergencies.
