SMS terms of service.
The terms that govern FCG's text messaging program. Plain language, no surprises.
Who we are
Fields Consulting Group (“FCG”) is a managed IT services provider based in Peoria, Arizona, serving Phoenix-area businesses since 1992. These terms govern the FCG SMS messaging program and nothing else. They do not replace or amend any managed services agreement you hold with us.
What the program is
FCG sends service and support text messages to customers and prospective customers who have given consent. Messages cover support ticket updates, scheduled maintenance and appointment confirmations, and follow-ups on requests you made. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you join
You opt in by submitting the form at fcgservices.com/sms-opt-in/, or by giving your number to an FCG representative and agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to buy any FCG product or service. You can decline and still be a customer.
Message frequency
Varies. Most messages are sent in response to a ticket you opened or a request you made, so volume tracks your own activity. There is no fixed schedule and no recurring broadcast.
Cost
FCG does not charge for this service. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges for text messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message. We send one confirmation and then stop. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin. You can also call us and ask to be removed.
How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information. You can also call (866) 677-3012 or email helpdesk@fcgservices.com.
Carriers and delivery
Supported on major US wireless carriers. Numbers outside the United States are not supported. Delivery is not guaranteed, and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is not for emergencies — call 911.
Your information
We use your mobile number to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the revision date shown above it.
See also our Privacy Policy. The SMS program details page covers what we send and how often. You can sign up on the text message sign-up page.
